Who manages my marketing campaign on a daily basis?
DBM has internal resources that will manage you campaign on a daily basis. We do this because things are always changes on the Internet, therefore proper management is in our process. DBM will also manage you PPC campaign. We have a great deal of experience and success so we feel it is best that we manage it for our clients.
You do NOT have to write any of the ad or do the keyword research, it is all incorporate within your monthly investment.
How do I know whether or not I am getting leads?
You will receive an email each time there is a lead generated from your website. Also, you can log into the backend of your systems to get more details and manage your contacts within your lists(s).
How long does it take before I start seeing leads?
It is very common to start seeing leads in as little as one day upon initial setup completion.
How many leads can I expect per month?
With a $500 PPC budget, you can expect 15 to 30 full Step 2 leads per month and about 150 Step 1 leads per month. A full Step 2 lead consist of all the information the system requests when filling out the webform: name, email, phone, home address. Step 1 leads are those leads that come through only when someone fills out the form about their home. Call us and we can send you an example of each for your full understanding.
How much does it cost?
There are no initial setup costs. The monthly investment is only $875 / month. $500 goes directly to Google for the PPC ads and $375 goes to DBM for managing the PPC campaign and the CRM utilization. We can easily scale up your PPC budget to get more leads.
Are there any long-term contracts?
There are no long-term contracts. This product is month-to-month. We’re that confident in our product.
Can I log into the system to look at stats and/or manage it myself?
Yes you can log into the backend of the website. You will have your own username and password that will give you complete access.
Where do my leads go if I cancel?
The lead generate are yours! You can easily export the leads into a .csv format and have it emailed directly to you. You’re in control.

Where Do The Leads Go?
The leads are sent directly to your email inbox and stored in the backend of your website. Also, if we have integrated with your autoresponder the lead will also go directly into your database as well.
Yes the HPC can be embedded into any other website you own via an iFrame, just like you’d embed a YouTube.com video.
Do I Have To Make A Custom Video?
While you don’t need a personalized video, we strongly suggest it. Why? Because in the customer relationship business of real estate, people work with someone that they know, like and trust. Making a personalized video will put you one step ahead. Thus, while we will provide you with a video, we would suggest that you personalize your video.
How Accurate Are the Estimates?
The estimate comes from the website called Zillow. The main thing to keep in mind is that our system gives an estimate so you can start dialogue with the home owners. It is not an actual appraisal. The system was designed to be a lead-generation marketing tool, and not a CMA (competitive market analysis) or home valuation tool.
Can I Make Changes to the Content?
Yes, you are in complete control of all the content on your House Profit Calculator website. You can change anything you want, including the video. A blogging feature is also included so that you can provide homeowners with any information you see necessary.
How Long to Setup?
After you purchase your personal House Profit Calculator, you will receive a checklist of specific items that we will need to customize your website. Once we have received these items, your HPC Calculator should be ready for marketing within one or two business days.
